I had an issue with my Fitbit's band and I happen to call and see about what was covered and to my total surprise, they said everything and to bring it in and get another and that's exactly what I did=ssssoooooo happy I paid the extra$$$for the coverage...

Accidental GS protection is a must. Imagine bumping your wrist against something and breaking your heart. It happens quite often.

Added this on to have extra protection in the case of any issues later down the road.

Bought for husband’s birthday, he doesn’t like the square watches, was a great alternative that had tons of features. He loves it.

Could not have made a better decision to add this protection plan, my old fitbit was tearing and I went in to get a replacement and instead left with an upgrade for no added cost!! only had to pay to add the protection to the new device. I was so excited.

havent had to use it yet fongers crossed wont have to which yea then it would be a waste of money if i never use it but the price isnt that bad and its nice having that added security

Never get any problem with warranty, is always there when I need it, I always get the warranty.. You never know when your going to need it

I love having my purchases insured since many of my gadgets are expensive. This service is amazing and I have no complaints about it! I get it every time I have the chance

giving it 5 stars but hope I don't have to actually use it, that is when you really see if it is worth 5 stars

Love this service. You feel confident if your watch stops working or not working as ussual they will replace it or even better they let you upgrade the the newest model
