Last fitness watch died after a year took it to Best Buy geek squad returned my money no questions about it. Best protection plan ever

I bought a Fitbit Alta and it was messing up. Part of the screen you could not read. It did this within the first 15 days of buying it so when I took it in the nice lady at customer service got me a new one

The geek squad guarantee is definitely something you can bet on. Great customer service and when they say the customer knows best, they mean it.

I get the Geek Squad replacement on all my products and glad I do. For the Fitbit replacement I don't have to send anything back I just go in the store and they give me a replacement easy as that

Always buy the 2 year protection plan from Best Buy. Every Fitbit I have owned and messed up after a year, and Best Buy always replaces it no questions asked. I will ALWAYS buy the protection plan.

I have used this product every 2 years to help me keep my devices working properly. With the way technology evolves much needed product.

If you have any issues they refund the item and the warranty. Re ring up the new item and replacement. If there's a price difference you can upgrade to the newest model. You can't beat it.

I get geek squad service with all my tv, computer, appliances, cameras, etc. It pays for itself if you have to take your product back for repair or return.
