I had a fitness tracker that he band had broken, the ban is not replaceable so BestBuy gave me a new one, no hassle, do wait just got it done and I was on the road again.

2 year accidental replacement, I've used it a few times and I love it, specially because they replace your item for a brand new one or other item for the same price.

The agents assisted with installing virus protection on my laptops, smartwatch and they helped installing my printer. Well worth the money.

I would never purchase a fitness tracker without the plan!! I would be out a lot of money from failed fitbits, but thanks to the protection plan, I'm covered. Worth the investment!

I'm not tech savvy, so to me, it's always worth it to pay the few extra dollars for peace of mind and ease of replacement/service. And the In-Store Reps are always patient and kind.

I think that I prefer this 2 year protection over a month to month protection plan. Any longer and the device will probably be outdated.

Had to return my Fitbit charge used the warranty I had purchased no problem at all they returned it no questions. If you buy a Fitbit I strongly suggest you get the warranty

What worth the money to protect your investment for up to 2 years any problems they will take care of it I've never had any questions asked.

I think Geek Squad is a good resource but they should be available to answer any and all questions that you need if you have a best buy card.

Havent had to use it, but wish i had gotten my watch3 from best buy to be able to get it... would have saved me.
