I love my Fitbit - however anyone considering buying one should get the extended warranty - my band broke and without the warranty I would have to get a new one or use duct tape.

I think Geek Squad is a good resource but they should be available to answer any and all questions that you need if you have a best buy card.

This replace program is a great idea for watches and such. I’ve had my watch break down and they helped me fix and replace them.

The cost for Geek Squad protection has gone up slightly but it's still a good option to have. Too many things break too quickly or just stop working. I can depend on this for a replacement.

Since I could not reconnect my Fitbit to my cellphone I had to return it to the store and get a new one. Best Buy gave me no problem with the return because I had this GREAT WARRANTY.
