Have not had to use it but I'd imagine it's worth it if I need it.

Even though the smart watch screen is made with gorilla glass and makes it virtually impossible to break it easily, it is a peace of mind to purchase a protection plan with it. It is a gorgeous watch with many functions that wow the tech geek within. For the price, it is a good quality watch and the band is rubber and very comfortable to wear, even while sleeping.

Worth the price. Had issues in the past on devices and their warranty was able to help me out when I needed my watch fixed!

Although I Love my Google Pixel Fitbit Watch, I would NEVER own it without the warranty Best Buy offers! It adds up to pennies on the dollar to secure purchases that you cannot be without!

I have several Fitbit watches (Surge, Blaze, Versa, Ionic, and the balance Aria), and they all work PERFECTLY. Apple watch owners just do not believe that the battery lasts between 5 and 7 days. But, the most important is their service. They reply timely (within hours) and never drop you, until your problem is solved.

If you have this option available for the purchase of your electronics, then you should definitely get it. I got it for Samsung galaxy s3 watch that didn't pair good with iPhone, after I switch from Samsung phone. This plan gave me an opportunity to switch the watch to Apple watch.

It’s no apple watch, but it’s also not $850. If you are looking for a sturdy good looking smartwatch this is a great one. The battery life is OK. If I hit the gym before and after work I have to charge in between. If I just go once it will get through the day on one charge (but just). I would recommend getting a second charger to have with you at work or on the go. The screen is plenty bright and responsive.

Geek squad is a must and I always give it as part of the gift when I buy something like this. It's peace of mind and has paid off multiple times!

Do not, I repeat do not, leave the store without the geek squad protection plan on anything with a battery or, well anything period! It covers components, as well as normal wear and tear. When it breaks, or the battery begins to only hold for so long. Go get a brand new one. No hassle, no questions. If your not going geek, your losing. Period

one of the best warranty I recommend to anyone who uses this watch on a daily basis. Don't take this warranty for granted and sign up as soon as you can. I will continue to use Samsung as a faithful customer for life.

Ok, so it's hard to tell how well the plan will work if something happens, but BestBuy has never let me down before, so I'm not worried. Anyway, the protection you get for 2 years for $30 is a great value. Wearables are easy to damage and it's good to know that you're covered for 2 years, and in 2 years, it'll be time to replace your smartwatch anyway.
