YUP, geek squad has traded out our device when it has failed no questions asked. Simply told them that it broke and they honored the product replacement. Very happy that I bought this coverage will do so with future products with Best Buy.

I tend to always purchase a warranty on the higher end electronics I buy. Always come in handy and always pleased with the service provided. I bought this along with my fitness tracker and it's great to have if your watch breaks or stops working.

Anything I buy over $150, I always get protection. I have three kids and something is bound to happen in the next 2 to 3 years. I’d rather play it safe. And when something does happen they are awesome they fix or replace it right on the spot. Totally worth it!

Love that I can take my watch into a best buy store for service or issues. Ive only had to do so once and my watch was replaced with a new one.

I have purchased the buyer protection plan for every Fitbit Ive owned. You definitely get your money's worth. You wouldn't want one of these to break on you. I've replaced each model at least once. There's no hassle. All you need is the box and the and proof of purchase and you can't grab a brand new one for free!

I wouldn't buy a smart watch without Best Buy's 2 year replacement coverage. Too many horror stories about manufacturers finding the failure to be non-warranty. I've had bad luck with my smart watches, but covered by my plan.

I have never purchased an item without purchasing the geek squad protection. The benefits outweigh the cost and its a huge money saver in the end. I like that I have the option to purchase extra years right before it the current one expires and I love that I get an email telling me that my protection is almost due.

I highly recommend geek squad protection plans. Especially for products that are used every day or prone to damage. I won't buy a electronics product without a geek squad plan. I don't always use the plan but Im always glad to have the peice of mind that my device is covered if something happens.

This is the first time I purchased the Replacement Plan from Best Buy for the MS Band 2. Within 2 months, the MS Band 2 just stopped working. Best Buy took it back without an issue, refunded the amount for the MS Band 2 and the amount of the Replacement Plan (as they were unable to replace the discontinued item)

Because of the cost of smartwatches I've always purchased Geek Squad Protection and have used this protection with my last two watches. I always wear my smartwatch, even when working on outdoor projects. My only complaint with this protection is if you need a replacement and your smartwatch is no longer available. Best Buy doesn't look at the price paid, they deduct your awards certificates from the price, which isn't fair.

Love the cost of the warrenty but havent had any hint of needing to need it.

Protection warranty ia very needed for this watch. The last version was ruined by sweat making it's way through the seal. Hopefully this version doea not have that issue.
