Great as always, Have not had to use it for years but I am sure they are still great.

I’ve had to replace my Fitbit twice already and there have been no problems at all. I would recommend this service to everyone.

Great watch and ease of use and can be used in water and the battery life is all day.

Daily uninstalling and reinstalling of any app I want to function properly. Also having to factory reset it on a regular basis gets a bit annoying. I thought smart watches were supposed to help in life, this one just adds stress and frustrations. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

I always get the Best Buy buyers insurance. It makes exchanging broken products so much easier then going through the manufacturer.
