Haven’t needed a claim, but Best Buy will make it very difficult due to receipt tracking should I need to file one. Wish the Protection Policy would accept the Best Buy App purchase at time of purchase and log it in right away and save the information to make life easier. Don’t know if Incan recommended this until I’m put in a situation to have to try and file a claim

I absolutely love geek squad protection. There's never any hassle. They cover way more then insurance through your phone carrier and its cheaper.

Definitely worth getting this coverage because my heart rate monitor was messing up and I easily took my watch and they gave me a brand new one.
