So I purchased the accidental protection because I planned on being extremely active with my watch. Which I was and ended up shattering the screen right before the pandemic. All businesses including geek squad ceased operations so I couldn't come in and ask questions about repair. So I called and asked for a replacement when they started curbside. They told me I didn't have the right plan for that. I waited months for them to start opening for appointments again. Only to get a gift card for what I paid for the watch minus the $60 protection plan. Unfortunately, I bought the watch on sale and so now I have to cover the difference out of pocket. Plus purchase another protection plan. No one told me the protection plan was basically a 1 time use and then you have to purchase it again.. didn't think it worked like that. I understand 1 replacements per year or something like that, but jeez. I'm out of pocket $100 extra because of the "replacement voucher" as it should be called and the difference in sale price. On top of that I had to wait 4 months for them to do basically what I was asking for immediately after the accident. Geek squad is a joke.

My watch had problems and Best Buy changed it quickly for the new one just paid the difference.

Excellent product for the money. Definitely worth the purchase.

Geek squad helps show me how to use my product to the best of my ability.

I love the warranty coverages that Best Buy has to offer. I recommend purchasing any warranty for all items.

Well you never know when you gonna need id so I mostly like to have peace of mind if anything goes wrong...

Because the device is a high use item and prone to damage, I figured it was worth the extra $ to cover it from damage.

I've used the protection plan before and Best Buy does a great job with honoring the plan.

Have not had to use it yet but ease of getting was awesome!

Didnt fix my airpofs. She updated software . It didnt work warranty expired

I generally cover all my devices with a warranty especially through best buy! Easy simple and straight forward!

It's a good feeling knowing you're covered and not out of luck if something happens to your item purchased.

Purchased in case I needed it. Kind of like insurance - great if needed but if not wasted $$.

I bought it, I used it because my watch was damaged I didn’t have any problem with the warranty.

Always chose additional warranty. Easy to exchange if need be.

I make sure to purchase this protection on any of my big purchases

got to have protection on breakable items that you do not want to live without
