I got this for my new 2 in 1 laptop, Microsoft Band, and XBOX One. Some devices just need the extra protection. The XBOX brand consoles have always had a reputation for failing soon after release (mine didn't thankfully), the tablet is super thin and touch-screen... so a lot could happen and also, if the battery goes bad in 2 years, it's nice to know I'm covered. Also the Microsoft Band is a wearable and is likely to get gouged or scratched at some point in 2 years, so it';s nice to be covered there too. Some things are not necessary to get this but sometimes it's good to have a little extra peace of mind.

Imma so glad i got the protection plan for 2 yrs. I got the galaxy smart watch pro active 2 and it stipped counting steps after almost a month. I went in and they were able to order me a whole new one since they did have any in stock. GET THE GEEK SQUAD protection plan SO WORTH EVERY PENNY.... im so GLAD i got it throughout BEST BUY become had i gotten it from another store i would have been able to get this protection plan

Absolutely worth every penny. I took my smart watch in after having it 2 years less a few days since it started flickering and not working so great. It took less than 20 minutes and I walked out with a new watch and owed only the cost of the new protection I purchased for the new watch. Amazing experience and best extended warranty of any store.

My hubby bought me a FitBit in May for my birthday, & for some reason added the replacement plan to it: we rarely do that! But my FitBit menu button on the side was hard to push in; one day it was impossible to do, & I had to hold it down forever to even see the time, then it wouldn't scroll thru the rest of the options, like total steps, heart rate, etc. We took it to Best Buy, & after Customer Service looked at it, I was given a totally new one, same type (HR+) & color. It was totally worth the extra money ($25, I believe) to fully replace a $150 item!! Great service!!

Software is excellent. Love the bezel and how I can move through different apps smoothly. Only downside of a Galaxy watch is that I have to have a Samsung phone to monitor my blood pressure. Other than that, it's an excellent watch

I ended up getting the largest version of this watch, and i find it to be very comfortable. . I use it everyday and seems to be holding up well. Im a nurse, so im continuously washing my hands and getting rhe watch wet. Its held up nicely

It is a must get. Easy to exchange or fix. Hassle free.

I bought the protection plan on my husband’s Fitbit Charger 2. At the time, they didn’t have screen protectors yet. My husband’s job is very demanding and many times his watch will take a beating. Besides all the scratches, he had cracked his screen. We brought his watch in and they replaced it. On top of that, we were able to buy another protection plan on the new one. My husband and I think this protection plan is amazing!

I bought a Jawbone UP 3...wouldn't charge anymore..luckily I got ins! Well went in and no longer carried them, so I got a fitbit HR I think I paid $30 or so to renew ins or the difference in what was covered...Then about 7 months the Fitbit HR band broke..so came in, Got the NEW Fitbit 2 paid NOTHING...then 3 months in Band broke BAND BROKE...then came in just 3 weeks ago BAND BROKE LOL I am on my 3rd Fitbit in about a year and a couple months...I think all in all I paid $30 something for Ins curing that time from the original purchase..OMG GET IT!

We purchased two Fitbits but only one protection plan, as my husband is very rough on things especially his cell phone and so I figured it wouldn't be much different with a worn device such as this. It paid off immediately, as the charger wasn't working for the Fitbit. Best Buy customer service was super efficient and effective at swapping the device out. The second Fitbit he got was a different color, and he loves it. The comfort of knowing that no matter what happens for the next two years we're covered is well worth the initial investment.
