I always get the extra protection plan since I never know what could happen. You don't want to be without the money you paid.

I recommend buying a different wristband because its really uncomfortable and make my wrist hot and super itchy.

My warranty was a month out from expiring and the band was coming apart and they replaced my Fitbit without a problem.
