Depending on how often you use a product & how much wear & tear it might be subjected to I would definitely suggest warranty.

I was recommend d to purchase a two year accidental plan as it covers everything from scratch repair to replacement.

It was nice to be able to take my gear fit 2 in when it stopped working and receive a replacement with no questions asked.

Purchased this just in case the products we ordered ended up malfunctioning. Hopefully we will not need to use it.
