Great for the peace of mind. of getting item fixed.

Tried getting help with an agent but all I got was someone telling me I needed to bring to a store location for support . Only flying to a neighboring island was cheap to do Live on Kauai but Store is located on oahu/honolulu

I love how if it gets damaged I can replace it for free.

Used it a couple of times to get exchanges, it helps.

I can return product to Best Buy store with no hassle.

Purchased for a Garmin Vivosmart, was informed it would only warranty the product once if there is a problem. I feel that if there are multiple problems, that it should be replaced as needed. Still bought because I hear this piece has some problems (which it does already)

I gave my teenage daughter a fitbit and because she can be tough on electronics I got this product repair/replacement plan. I'm giving it three stars , but if I have to use it I'll update my review. Hope I don't need to use it at all.

I really won't know how good this until of if I have to use it. I had this on a tablet and was not happy with it. The usb power input went bad and they were not going to cover fixing it, They did issue a refund, but said normal use is not covered?????

If it needs replacing, can return without issue...
