    Helps out to replace product which you would pay difference if any and pay for the proctection again. Not bad for replacing watch for 50 dllrs instead of gull price.

    I had to use it for a laptop, which got fixed. I appreciate that they don't talk to you like you're stupid. It's worth noticing when not all "techs" are that way.

    I wont buy an electronic device without it. I had a few devices that have had issues after the warranty ended and was thankful I purchased the geek squad plan.
