Ive always purchsed these protections because geek squad has always found a way to resolve any issues and are pretty quick. Havent had the need to use it thankfully. But i know that if i do it will be a good experience

Does everything I need it to and more. Love it. Priceless when my son is playing with my phone because I can still send and receive texts.

This protection wasn't for a laptop, but I had it on my laptop I bought is 2019. I was able to get a full refund last fall after I dropped it and was having some technical problems with the power button.

Always got the warranty. Battery died in Watch. They changed out on spot
