So I purchased the accidental protection because I planned on being extremely active with my watch. Which I was and ended up shattering the screen right before the pandemic. All businesses including geek squad ceased operations so I couldn't come in and ask questions about repair. So I called and asked for a replacement when they started curbside. They told me I didn't have the right plan for that. I waited months for them to start opening for appointments again. Only to get a gift card for what I paid for the watch minus the $60 protection plan. Unfortunately, I bought the watch on sale and so now I have to cover the difference out of pocket. Plus purchase another protection plan. No one told me the protection plan was basically a 1 time use and then you have to purchase it again.. didn't think it worked like that. I understand 1 replacements per year or something like that, but jeez. I'm out of pocket $100 extra because of the "replacement voucher" as it should be called and the difference in sale price. On top of that I had to wait 4 months for them to do basically what I was asking for immediately after the accident. Geek squad is a joke.

Great value insurance make sure to get it to protect your items.

With the purchase of my geek squad protection, the band started to break and they didn't have that type of fitbit so therefore I was able to get money for the fitbit that was able to be applied to an upgraded fit bit.

If I cannot stress this enough always get to your warranty and save your email because they will honor it and you can even read to you to your warranty after the two years for just the same price of $20 it is well worth it

This was a gift for my mother. Shes a very simple person. This product is simple to use and sync with iphone or other devices. Reads text messages also with having to look at the phone. Also tells you whos calling.

They will give you a brand new product if anything were to happen to your device or fix any problems.

The only warranty you need is the one you don't have. Rather not need it but glad to have it just in case.

Best Buy warranty is worth every single penny, as they replace your product if ANYTHING happens to it. :)

I am a believer in the Geek Squad Protection Plan. If I ever have an issue they are always there to help.

It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
