My daughter has not had any issues with her watch yet to go to the Geek Squad, but it is a good thing to have.

Exactly what I needed! Useful for busy hands ,I can keep track of messages,calls and more.

I purchased this 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement plan on a whim because by the time I'd saved enough to buy the product I wanted (a Fitbit Aria), it had gone on sale and the price equalized out. Plus, there had been some rumblings on longevity of the device. And while I had initially I forgotten about it, I fortunately had to buy something else and happened to see the active warranty. So I took it in. No muss, no fuss, Best Buy replaced it.

These guys are THE BEST!! Having this protection for the year is great. I've taken my computers to have them cleaned and they did a phenomenal job each time, not to mention with a computer that was 2013 old. One computer I forgot the passcode and they were still able to bypass it and get it cleaned for me. I'll be subscribing again, not to mention you get FREE computer protection when you buy this protection. Win, Win.

I absolutely live my galaxy 4, i know it may sound trivial but i think its cool to see my initial on the 12 'clock dial. I see new features like my stress zone on here, different workouts. I love how easy it is to navigate between widgets.

I always buy the protection for things that I get for my boyfriend. He works construction and some things don't hold up as well when they are out in the sun for long periods of time. With a watch, protection was a must. Best Buy makes it so easy with this protection that I consider it with every purchase, regardless of who it is for, and buy it for more than half of said purchases.

Had the amazfit GTS smart watch. Worked well for my needs. Recently began not holding the charge. ( just under two years old). Originally up to 14 days. Was getting 10-12 days repeatedly. For the last 2 months, charges only lasting 5 days. Fortunately had the extended warranty through best buy. No issues. Unable to reorder same watch. Given a store credit for amount paid. Thank you.

My Galaxy 4 Classic watch had a run in with a door frame and the bezel popped of, the geek squad warranty came through with a new Galaxy 6 Classic to replace it. Easy peassy 10 minute process

The agents set up my new phone and fitness watch and provided me the how to use info I needed. When I had issues with my phone they took the needed time to resolve the issue and even worked with A T & T staff to get it working correctly. GREAT JOB!!!

The Moto 360 rounded design has become my favorite over the traditional square/rectangle design most other smart watches have. My favorite feature is that it has support for iOS so I can use it with my 6 Plus with the main features this watch has to offer. (Unfortunately it will require you to connect to an android device to set up but will not be needed once set up is complete.) Its affordable and looks great.

Whether it's a television, Computer or any other electronics, I protect my equipment. Recently my laptop broke after someone stepped on it on the plane getting to his seat. Best Buy Geek Squad replaced the glass and all is as good as new. It would have cost me over $500 for this repair. I'm already way ahead and still have about a year left on the guarantee. As I always say, "Better safe than sorry!"

I would never go without the insurance again. This saved my wallet a few times.

I almost always buy warranties with big purchases, but have never had an easier time with getting a replacement. I brought in the defective product, they took a look at it, had me get a new one off the shelf and in less than 15 minutes I was out the door. I also had lost the receipt but they were able to find all my information using my address. I would be tempted to pay slightly more for a product just because of the ease of replacement with their warranty!

The Tech at geek squad was very helpful in showing me how to ser up my new Samsung smat watch!
