I purchased this plan to cover an Asus Zenwatch 2 and I am convinced to purchase additional coverage on ANY purchase from Best Buy at this point. The watch stopped working just over 1 year from when I bought it. Rather than losing the money, I was able to get my money back and put toward something else - being as though they no longer sold the iteration of the smartwatch I'd initially purchased.

The geek squad insurance is the best thing ever!!! I will not buy any type of electronic without getting this protection plan. I've had issues with Fitbit and was able to get a new one right on the spot. When my product was no longer available, they upgraded me for free and was still able to carry over the protection to the new device. I recommend everyone get this protection when purchasing electronics.

I much need this. Numerous watches without warranty and they don't last any time. Then tossed in drawer. Wanted to cover this one. My clerk Marshon took such wonderful care of me. He helped me connect the watch to my phone, explained some of the major features of the phone. He was truly great!

I always get Geek Squad protection. This protection gives you peace of mind to know your product will covered and or may be replaced if it cannot be fixed by them. Also, great protection if financing on Best Buy Credit Card, while not having to pay intrest. If you are trying to pay off a large purchase intrest free, it could set you back then you may have to pay the intrest occured.

Love the warranty. Every time I crush a watch, or it goes bad, they replace it with no questions asked! All I pay for is the warranty fee!

My watch broke down and since I purchased the 2 year plan I was able to get a giftcard and get a new watch.

Best Buys' PSP/ Geek Squad Protection is always a must. I have never had an issue that this protection doesn't cover and I rarely ever have to use it. The comfort of knowing it's there when I need it well worth the price and I would recommend purchasing the added protection for anything of significant value.

service agent was friendly when assessing the accidental damage to my device. Best Buy/Geek Squad shipped my replacement device quickly. the plan is definitely worth the money for what I bought, an expensive phone and didn't want to pay $15 per month to my carrier for protection. reasonable deductible ($200 for a Note 10+ replacement)

Highly recommend these accident plans. I have used them with no problems. Just bring product to Best Buy and they take care of the rest.

It's always a good thing to get with anything you buy. They just don't make things like they use to.
