I had the regular galaxy 5 before and the battery wasn't that great. This one lasts for days and is a lot more versatile than the other one.

I can read text and email and respond with the keyboard on it. This thing has the most accurate GPS. Better than my Garmin forerunner. The Garmin takes 5 minutes to gat an accurate GPS reading the band takes a couple of seconds. The health program is more than expected. The sleep tracking has me at the doctors and has had my doctor refer me to a sleep specialist. I am really pleased with the Microsoft Band.

I bought this for my $400 smart watch. Let's face it - wearing something that expensive on your wrist is a little unnerving. It is great knowing that any accidental damage will be covered, as well as any other issues I might have during the coverage period. I hope I never need it, but I am glad I have it!

Second watch and its great for health tracking and being connected to my phone.

The geek squad is amazing in best buy. They are so helpful and they guide you and tell you what you need to do if you have a question. They fix your items in a reasonable amount of time.

I never make a purchase without a protection plan these days. They help to ensure that when my product begins to act strange, has manufacturer issues, or just stops working that I am covered and can easily have it either fixed or replaced.

Geek squad protection plan is amazing for Samsung watches. I will highly recommend if you're buying a Samsung watch from Best buy you get the Geek squad protection plan you won't be sorry.

I used this plan for the 1st time. I broke the band on my Samsung watch. I thought they were going to fix the band, Instead they replace the entire watch. This was a plus. I never expected the entire watch replace. I recommend everyone by the protection plan.

Had to replace a smartwatch, and I had purchased this protection plan to go along with it. No hassle from Best Buy when I came in to make a claim, and they even let me pick out my new watch right then and there. I don't normally recommend service plans for electronics, but for things like wearables, they're a great deal, especially if you plan on working out with them on.

I don't think that I am particularly hard on the various products that I purchase, but on the rare occasions when something has broken or failed, I have had no problems getting a new replacement with the Geek Squad Replacement Plan. As I always say - Murphy's Law - if it's going to break, it'll be the day after the manufacturer's limited warranted expires.

This warranty was worth every penny. It covers anything that could go wrong. I recommend getting at least the 2 year warranty on all wearables.

I had this protection plan on my Galaxy active watch and boy was it a life saver. For some reason the watch started acting up and not wanting to turn on like 2 months before the protecting expired. I walked in had them inspect it and boom i got my money back to buy another watch.

The agents explain the option to my Apple Watch and assist to request my order.

My mouse would not hold a charge after a year and half and bringing it back with this coverage made the process so effortless and I left with a new mouse and nothing out of pocket!

Pretty good watch. I got to be honest though, not too much of a fan of the simple interface. I like to have colors and all that which I know depletes battery faster but I wish it didn't feel like it was made in 2005. Otherwise this watch is pretty good, not sure if the heart rate sensor is completely accurate as it won't go past 131 BPM.

I purchased an extended warranty, 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement, offered for my Samsung Galaxy S3 because it's simply the smart thing to do. It's something you wear that is constantly at risk from hitting or bumping with something else on a daily basis. If one of those "bumps" is a little harder than most you can feel safe that Best Buy has your back.
