I debated on purchasing the 2 year geek squad accidental replacement policy. So glad I decided to get it! My watch face cracked during yard work of all things! I returned it to the Best Buy where I purchased and was in and out with my replacement in no time flat!

Geek Squad has always been so helpful when needed. I intentionally purchase my electronic items from Best Buy specifically for the Geek Squad Protection Insurance!

Haven't had to use it but hope all goes well. Seems like a good coverage.

Awesome! Recommend that everyone get the warranty. My watch was almost 2 years ago and I got a new Galaxy 4 replacement when the steps stopped counting.

Worth every penny, when my wife's watch stopped working after almost 2 years we got full refund for the original purchase price, she bought a new one, what more would you want?

I haven't used this particular warranty yet, but I just used the old one for my galaxy watch, then purchased this for my new watch. Worth the money. They swapped out my old watch for a new one right in the store.

I went ahead and purchased the two-year Geek Squad warranty and I am glad I did. The band has split and I took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it with a new one. They also helped me make sure that the new one synced to my Fitbit app so I wouldn't lose all my stats.

Had to return my initial Fitbit Ionic due to a band issue that would not stay connected. The Ionic is a wonderful product but I would recommend purchasing the warranty as this particular Fitbit is a little pricey and I feel it will get a great deal of use.

I have purchased geek squad accident insurance on several electronics items. My most recent claim was for a fitness wearable tracker. It took about 10 minutes to walk in the store and out with a new replacement. I recommend to family and friends frequently.

Love the protection plans...they are a bit pricey but worth it in the long run ......

I wouldn't have felt comfortable getting such an expensive watch without some kind of protection. The plan has accidental damage so I don't have to be uber-paranoid about wearing it, and I can enjoy it while out in public.

So, so, so worth the money spent! One watch stopped working but because of this Geek Squad protection, I got a newer version watch 100% paid for with new Geek Squad protection!!

I think purchasing the protection plan for the Fitbit is well worth it. For me the Fitbit was an investment and since I am quite active while using it I felt it was worth the money to have in covered just incase. So glad bestbuy offered this added protection !!

I highly recommend getting the protection plan for items like smart watches and headphones. It is the best protection you can get and there are no hidden surprises. My Band 2 was replaced after it didn't want to hold a charge. Received a new one in the store. Terrfiic service.
