Best Buy's protection plans are the best. Cheaper than cell service plans and easier to work with.

The Geek Squad service is top notch. If i have a computer question they are so very helpful and if my clothes dryer quit working they are there to stand behind it and have it repaired as quick as possible.

I had an issue with my Fitbit's band and I happen to call and see about what was covered and to my total surprise, they said everything and to bring it in and get another and that's exactly what I did=ssssoooooo happy I paid the extra$$$for the coverage...

Could not have made a better decision to add this protection plan, my old fitbit was tearing and I went in to get a replacement and instead left with an upgrade for no added cost!! only had to pay to add the protection to the new device. I was so excited.

Had this for my last garmin and they made it so easy to get a replacement when it stopped working. Everyone who helped us in the store was super friendly and patient.

This item was a Christmas gift and so far no problems. my granddaughter loves it. It has all the features that she wanted. She is very satisfied.

Good for high-value personal electronics like a smart watch. I always get the extended protection when I pick up a smart watch for family members.

Very impressed, my galaxy watch active 2 was discontinued and they replaced with a new galaxy watch 4. I will always buy protection plans now

The agent proram my phone and watch and explain warranty clearly.

When my watches burned me it was about 2.5 months after I had purchased. Without this warranty I would have been out several hundred dollars since most watch brands (from what I've read) will not take responsibility for consumers getting burned by the products.

Good watch for the price, not as many options as some but worth the price. Good battery life and easy setup with my Apple Watch.

Glad I purchase the Geek Squad protection. I had experience without the protection, and now I am worry free for my purchase.
