My Fitbit Band is a great idea but it's only made to last about 6 months. After that, the band starts to separate from the main assembly. I am happy I got the Geeksquad warranty which covered from Fitbit's poor craftsmanship.

Always the best warrants in Puerto Rico. I love the way they do there job.

Havent had to use them yet but have in the past and they have always been very helpful.

I asked for an upgrade for my garmin watch and pay the difference since there was a problem with the battery life but they wont do it

I've had to return my Fitbit, it stopped syncing. When I returned it, I didn't have my receipt. Best Buy pulled up my purchase and got me a brand new replacement. I was thrilled with how easy and speedy the service was.

This was well worth the money for me! Shortly after the manufacturer warranty ran out, my Fitbit started freezing and not working. A quick trip to the store, they checked it and I walked out with a new one.

not great for phones unless its iPhone or Samsung. For any other device like Google Pixel, they don't do part swaps, they want $199 service fee to replace it. Phone itself, by the end of the 2 years is already that price for the refurbished (which is what they send you). Really no point.

Better option than dealing with Samsung when issies comes up with the watch

So I bought a Fit bit and I also bought the two year protection plan. I usually don't buy extra warranty plans but I did with this. Glad I bought it because my fit bit fell apart and Best Buy exchanged it for a brand new one.

Haven't had to use it so far but have utmost trust in geek squad

Decided to go with a little protection to safeguard my investment. My Fitbit will be subjected to heavy use and just want to make sure I have something to fall back on. You just never know and accidents do happen!

I purchased the extra protection plan for my gear s3 smart watch. I have not had any accidents so I have not had the opportunity to use it, but it does gives me piece of mind knowing I'm covered in the event of an accident.

When I purchased this I was under the impression based on prior services that this was one and done. Unfortunately this wasn't explained that this policy did not have an "R" for replacement and required that it be sent to Geek Squad USA. They had it a week and I was without my device for a week and at the end of the day they replaced it. Which could had happened on the day I bought it in. it was clearly not repairable but I understand they are trying to reduce replacements vs repair, but this made me less the stratified customer

Always get this product. I have never regretted getting it and have had occasion to have to use it on other products and they did exactly what was PROMISED every time.

Bought a new iPhone and added this to the bundle. I always add Geek Squad Protection to my iPhone and iPads. Quick replacement if something goes wrong!

Had to use this protection when broke face on my smart watch. Lucky i had it, saved me having to buy a new one out of pocket. They covered it with a new watch, no cost to me.
