My daughter attends a college 7 hours from home. When she had a problem with her computer, she just went to Best Buy and the Geek Squad was there to help.

I recommend this to anyone purchasing a Fitbit. It covered a Fitbit when it stopped charging. Saved my friend from having to put out the $ again for something that went wrong and wasn't her fault

Buying a protection plan gives peace of mind in case of some catastrophic failure event that damages your product, once. You need to purchase it again for your replacement product, fair enough.

I have had good luck with geek squad protection. Makes life easy for my wife if anything goes wrong she can go to BBuy and get the issue resolved.

I always get the geek squad warranties. Never any issues. Always able to exchange or credit on a gift card. Great job best buy!

I was unable to use the warranty on the watch but the warranty with the phone was excellent. Any time I had an issue Best Buy was great. Cracked screen=new phone and were very willing to help

great protection warranty, everyone should buy one. good price , but Walmart protection plans are cheaper wished best buy would lower there prices

With everything going on I haven’t had a chance to use it but they stated that with the tv I purchased all I had to do was call them or bring the tv in.

I really hadnt had to use this. But maybe, I will try and use it for my asung watch and seenif I can get a new battery placed in.

For something you wear everyday you cant go wrong with a protection plan. Best Buy never messes around and will replace your product if they cant fix it. Its come in handy many times

The watch is great had to almost 2 years and i have had no problems with it. Plan on buying an upgrade probably the 4

This is a great plan to get. It pays for itself my first watch I got it o it I am so glad I did. It got me a new watch mi e couldn't be fixed so they order me a new one and had it send to me.

I had an issue with the band on the fitbit. No questions asked, best buy replaced the entire device. I always get protection and always use best buy. No hassles and the people there know their stuff.

This is so good to have. i have this on all our watches. inly had to use it twice and it was a huge save.

My mom's gear fit features stopped working. It would say tap to load but nothing would load. Went to best buy and they were out of stock. So I paid to get one shipped to the store full price. Once it got to the store and went to pick it up the rep. Gave me a refund. I gave him the old gear fit with charger and he gave me the brand new one in the box.

I hate paying for extended warranties but the sales rep did remind it that it really isn’t en extended warrantee but a product replacement plan of their is an issue during this time frame.

I really like to buy this protection plan since it gives me confident that my item will be protected for more time, thanks
