I always pay extra for the warranties ... I don't mind to do it because I just go to the store and the solve my issues. I don't like to worry about my electronics.

I have had to use the warranty when the band broke on my Surge model. The band was not replaceable and made the watch inoperable. Bestbuy made the exchange very easy.

Having the product replacement has been wonderful for me. Something has always happened to my fitbit. If I didn't have the warranty, I would be paying full price to replace.

Works well I upgraded to the active 4 . I dropped my watch and replaced it with the greek squad insurance

this item it is a most have for the devices. when u do a claim it is super easy and they take care of the problem right away

Haven't had to use it yet, but if the time comes, if any defect occurs with my watch, they will replace it.

So glad I purchased geek squad for my Fitbit, washed it a couple of times took it back and exchanged it for a different one. No questions asked and was easily replaced.

Let me tell you if you don't get the 2 year protection your missing out on a great deal. Stuff can happen in 2 years trust me.
