Happy I purchased this. Messed up the internal vibrator on my watch for notifications and I got it fixed for free.

Something happened with my galaxy watch used the geek squad and they replaced my watch . Just had to purchase a new geek squad plan.

Purchased the watch for Father's day and have had issues since..The battery life is good for several days and the display is clear.

i didn't have the geek protection with my first one as it was a gift and and after a year and a half it broke and there was nothing i could do and also the warranty had expired.

My daughter loves this watch and has had no problems with it but fully believe in the Best Buy geek squad service. well worth the money

I did not get to use this because I returned my watch but I am sure if I kept my watch it would have been a great protection plan
