Definitely well worth the money apent. If any problem or malfunction best buy has always been very gracious with returning or exchanging products.

The last product that I had geek squad insurance on was my last cell phone. They replaced it no problem. I thought it was worth having the insurance.

Fortunately I have not had to replace my product but I have Geek Squad service and they are wonderful!
