This watch does it’s job but can be improved upon. Had my son fly unaccompanied and this watch worked when he landed. He’s able to call me and text the little emojis. However the watch dies fast, I give it a school day before it needs to be charged. The location may sometimes lag as well but it’s a good started communication device for kids.

The insurance responds for damaged watches either with a new replacement or with money returned

I’m inlove with my watch all the functions are amazing definitely recommend it.

This helps me sleep better at night knowing that an accident can't break my bank account!

Best Buy's protection plan is the best out there. I buy all of my electronics at Best Buy for this reason, just in case something goes wrong.

Always good to know that my expensive electronics can come with a bit of reassurance for accidents/failures for a little extra more.
