I used this before and they replaced my item with no issue. i always thought these warranty things were bogus, but i was wrong. This is A must buy for anything you buy from best buy.

Even though I have only used a protection plans 3 or 4 times ever, it save me big time! Especially on the big ticket stuff!

Only thing that would make this better that it would be covered if i lose it. I lose everything so that would help alot

I usually always buy the GEEK squad service for all of my devices. It is easy to return the item and get a new one, if needed.

Never leave the store with out there protection. There is no hassle with anything within the two year have an issue they replace it no problem

the Geek Squad plan is wonderful. I am so happy I purchased this plan since electronics are often touchy and this way I have no worries

I love my Fitbit - however anyone considering buying one should get the extended warranty - my band broke and without the warranty I would have to get a new one or use duct tape.

When I returned my First Alta because the battery did not function correctly, the customer service rep was very helpful when I wanted to replace it. The procedure was very efficient.

I won't buy an electronic item without Geek Squad protection plan. As many times as I have had to use it, it is definitely worth it.

Always always get the warranty. I usually purchase warranty for most of the products and the squad has never fail me to help me fix my items.

I purchased the extra accidental protections or my Fitbit charge 2. It will cover the battery and anything that happens to it that might not be covered under the manufacturers warranty.

Extra protection for just in case. Hope to never have to use it but...
