Geek squad has great protection plans. Have never had any issues when filing claims

This coverage is worthless. I was talked into buying this by the sales person. I never buy a protection policy. However, she told me it would cover my phone if it was dropped or damaged, and if I didn't need to use it, just bring it in and the battery would be replaced. So I took the phone in prior to expiration and was told that the battery was 2% short of being low enough to replace the battery. I was told the policy would replace the battery, no qualifications. A worthless policy!

Got a problem, they'll fix it. That's about all you need to know! Great customer service!

The Geek Squad is just what it says. If they can't fix it, they will replace it.

If it does I am prepared. Seems to be a better warranty then Verizon on paper.
