I purchased the 24 month geeksquad plan on March 19, 2015. As luck would have it I needed the insurance less than 2 years later on March 12, 2017. I was told the service expired March 1 2017. Oh and "there was a $200.00 deductible anyway" to use the insurance to replace the phone. Insurance Cost $11/Month x 24=$264 plus a $200 Deductible for replacement would =.$464, but Best Buy refused to honor the insurance anyway..

It's good protection

No upgrade

Waste

should have read the fine print
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Phone screen cracked and I have 3 local stores, but the 1 store that does Samsung is 2 hours away. $11 per month per phone x2. Over $200 per year. That's not service!!

Ridiculous co pay is charged.
