I have used Geek Squad in the past and the customer service was good. No problems.

I definitely recommend getting the geek squad protection insurance program. Its the best one out there especially for any type of electronics. I buy it for the things i buy there.

This has been one of the best experiences with Geek Squad. I lost my S6 and they immediately were able to assist with the total amount of my replacement. Great protection plan.

I bought the 2 years of protection for my mini-fridge, It gave me peace of mind about it, no concerns if some issues show up.

We haven't had to avail of their services yet but the coverage and protection for the cost involved is amazing. I'll be sure to post when and if I have an issue.

Geek squad coverage is excellent! They are very helpful if you have a problem with your phone. I highly recommend best buys coverage over your phone providers!

My last phone was an S6. about 6 months into ownership the mouth piece broke. Had to go 1 1/2 years only able to talk on speaker phone. This would have fixed it.

This is the third phone I have used the Geek Squad phone insurance with. Absolutely no complaints. With today's phone replacement values, this is a bargain.

I'm the type of person that drops things without noticing so getting this coverage was a no brainer. I get it on all of my electronics I get from Best Buy.

This agent is quick an very professional when you have and question or concerns.

I would advise buying the extended warranty. Best buy stands behind their products and if they can not repair they do give you a new one of equal value.

I have not yet used this service but I intend to. My wife cracked her screen and I think I am going to get it replaced.
