I HAD A VERY WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I RECEIVED A BOX WITH ONLY A CHARGER FOR A DIFFERENT DEVICE AND NO INSTA 360 X3 INSIDE. I FELT LIKE IM BEING SCAMMED. IM SO HELPLESS BECAUSE I RECEIVED THE ITEM AT NIGHT AND I OPEN IT PASS 8 PM ALREADY SO COSTUMER SERVICE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. THE COURIER NAME IS ""SHIPT" ITS MY FIRST TIME HEARING THEM....

The protection plan is something I always suggest because you never know what's going to happen. And my house with 3 kids accidents can happen. It doesn't cost that much more to protect yourself.

One of the reasons I prefer to shop at Best Buy. The have the best service plan and definitely take care of their customers.

i made the purchase at bestbuy because i have never had a proble when ia have to return or get fixe a product from the store. and buying a protection is a plus and also i saved money doind that.

Thankfully we haven’t had to use it but brought a lot of peace and comfort knowing we had it.

I have 2 Sony 4k tvs that have failed miserably and without geek squad protection. I would be here as an unsatisfactory customer. We all need insurance because technology will break down.

Best service/product protection plan out there. You'd be a fool not to get this service.

I always recommend buying a warranty because you don't know when you need one and best buy has always been great to help me fix my electronics.

I just hope that I do not need to use this service as the product is great. But to have a peace of mind I went with this service.

so far i havent had any problems with any products i've purchased but just to have protection in case if there's something wrong

We always buy the accident protection. We have had to use it several times on other items.
