I think best buy 2 yr accident replacement on xbox wireless controller is great. It is a bit pricier than some but if they can fix ir replace in the store they do it right then,no mailing it it.

Having a replacement plan is always great. The Geek Squad people have always been great if I have had an issue.

I got this for my xbox elite series 2 controller because it wasnt a cheap buy and I hear that they tend to mess up from time to time but hopefully it doesnt but the protection is still there :)

This is the best. If it is GSP-R (Geek Squad Protection Replacement) you just take it back to Best Buy if it stops working and they'll give you store credit in the amount you paid for the product!

Bought this just in case there some stick drift or other problems down the road. Never had a bad experience replacing my device with the warrant coverage.

We've used our insurance on a few different accidental mishaps on our purchases and we've saved money. We've also used our policy to have Geek Squad clean up our computers. They are working great now!

Love the GSP-Replacement program. Product that was defective was easily replaced with a brand new one hassle free. It’s definitely worth it if it has the R next to the protection plan.
