Why doesn't this tell me what I am reviewing it just ahowed a picturebof aome black random shapes, which I didnt know what they represented

Geek squad protection is perfect for anything, to know that my product is protected is comforting

It feels comfortable for long hours of gaming and the buttons are accessible. I love the color.

The GSP plans and their variants are pretty good. I do feel like there's room for improvement, though. 1: certain devices get replaced with a refurbished unit, such as Microsoft Surface devices and Nintendo Switch devices. This by itself would not be a bad thing if receiving the refurb didn't fulfill/cancel the rest of the plan. 2: in some cases, you end up losing data unnecessarily. I had an HP laptop that for some reason the battery could not be replaced. I wasn't really given an opportunity to request the device back so I could at least get my data.

Ive had to call them before to get help with my laptop and they were super friendly and helped me no problem! They seemed happy to help and did not seem annoyed like most people do that come to help with anything.

Often a warranty is not worth it. Like if you buy a car it won't break in the first 1 or 2 years. And if it does break, the warranty probably won't cover the most expensive defects. On the other hand a warranty for something you carry like a cell phone, tablet, or game controller makes sense if it can be dropped. For that Geek Squad is the best. Fix/replacement or your money back.

We've had the misfortune/good fortune of having to use our Geek Squad replacement policy for a refrigerator and coffee maker. In both cases, we had to get the full purchase price of our original appliance applied toward a replacement. Ther replacement process was completely pain-free, and I now buy this policy with any kind of major purchase for the peace of mind.

Geek squad has been amazing just a phone call away or walking the door in the right there to help you.

This is one of those things you buy hoping you never have to use. But when you do have to use it... oh my goodness are you so glad you did. Truly zero questions asked (besides the typical “what’s wrong with it” and such) and just gave me store credit to get same item or a different item of my choosing. I now buy their protection with all of my big purchases knowing that Best Buy has my back.

Any time that I have had an issue (and there hasn't been to many tbh) they have come through with flying colors. My items have been promptly fixed or replaced. Will always ad the warranty to my Best Buy purchases!
