Had a warranty on a PS5 controller. Two years of coverage. Used it today the process was very simple. Just walked in to the store and exchanged the broken controller for a brand new one and walked out.

The controller that was damaged and the warranty saved me from having to buy another controller for 60$. Works great and is cost-effective! Got another controller in no time and barely cost me anything!

Provides a feeling of safety knowing if anything goes wrong I will be able to replace it or fix using this service. The store associates are helpful, understanding and very kind.

I haven't had to use the insurance yet but it's really nice to know it's there they say that it will cover anything that happens to the product replace it or original purchase price store credit

It just as easy a swapping and exchanging if anything happens within the replacement policy it’s so convenient and everyone should always buy the warranty with anything they get electronically.

Love this option for controllers consider they are very easily broken or just stop working. This eases the burden of having to spend tons of money again in short time

Warranty has been great so far. Everytime I have to go get help with an appliance, they have been a really great help.

They are always on top of it and quick to answer. Any questions I may have. It’s great. I purchased this with everything everything.

great controller overall but get the 2 year protection, youll definitely come across stick drift within that time and you can exchange it for a new one. This is why geek squad is so good... You can choose to renew the 2 year at that time, so basically you just pay 20 bucks for a new controller. im on my 5th controller in 4 years, but aggressive on the thumbsticks.

The Geek Squad support is nice to have. Fortunately I have not needed it recently, but a year ago my Oculus game quit working. Because I had the Geek Squad support I was able to receive a brand new unit for no additional cost.

Great experience. Had really bad stick drag on my Xbox controller and I went in since I had the geek squad protection and they gave me a brand new controller. Definitely recommend getting it.

I purchsed the 2 year replacement plan for my xbox contoller. I love that if my controller breaks I can get a replacement at my local Best Buy store and get back to gaming.

Normally don’t buy extended warranties. But PS5 controllers seem to have stick drift after only 6 months if use and PlayStation customer service is the absolute worst so not taking any second chances with this purchase. Although NOT cheap getting it for the peace of mind!!!

I will say I've never used this before but I purchased this on a PS4 controller and one day one of the buttons had come off the PS4 controller and I took it into Best Buy they weren't able to do anything with it other than do a even exchange I was so excited so I decided to do The Geek Squad warranty once again

I always have a fresh controller because this warranty is the bomb. I just bring them back if they show any signs of starting to go bad. Haven’t paid for a controller in years. Sometimes they even pay me, because Amazon or somebody will have the controllers on sale.
