Extremely average. These headphones are great for a couple of days but then lose ability to be worn for more than 2 hours

Pretty much mandatory when buying a remote you know will eventually wear and tear. The pricing to insure the remote was a bit pricey but most definitely worth it in the long run.

Poor audio quality. Look is sleek and fit was comfortable. Returned sticking to the wired one for now

Not sure. I haven’t had the need to use it for my list purchases. However I did before with a labtop. Purchased the labtop did not even turned on. They replaced for another one I had to pay the difference. Oh the sec labtop did not work for long too

It was good at first, with the interchangeable parts, but for the price I expect the X & O button not to get stuck after a couple months. I’ll just stick to the basic PS5 controller

Not what I was looking for. I own a PS5 and only remote play offered I want to play my game from my PS5 on the go.

I feel it’s overpriced compared to other protection plans that cover the same with other large companies but it’s fine for what it is, protection.

new controller every two years -- just get this extra $10 insurance

I bought this for my Samsung monitor just in case the screen decides to die. I take no chances with my screens.

Broke down less than a year after we bought it. It was good but it didn’t last longer like I was hoping for the price I would take. I will get like five years of using that item, but we got only one year and then broke down.

I bought a headset at a discounted price and wasnt available no more discontinued when i went to use my geek squad protection i couldnt get the same headset because it was no longer available but they had the same brand of product available just a updated version but wasnt able to exchange for that one because it was not at a discounted price like when i got my headset even thought it was the same product but updated i was told i had to pay the difference for the new headset "which was the same exact product just updated" I will no longer be buying protection for my stuff because if it gets discontinued than you can no longer warranty it

Haven’t had to use it yet. But if you play on Nintendo switch. You know the controllers are horrible.

Was not compatible with my ps4 it worked for two days and then kept cutting out like the Bluetooth sucked sometimes it would stop working all together.

Geek squad came thru wen i needed it , i recommend

This is an ok option. Just know when you use it you have to buy another one for your replacement product

I did not get a replace meant all they did was give me a 70 dollar gift card for the controller amount, 20 bucks wasted

clearly states that the warranty you are purchasing "enhances and extends the manufacturer warranty" FALSE. It does not extend anything! Just adds the convenience of using best buy for repairs and or replacement. This is straight from the best buy customer service rep I just spoke to. Isn't misrepresentation a form of fraud??
