Depending on the item, geek squad protection could save you a lot of cash. My son's over the ear gaming head set stopped working in one ear, we received a better model at no cost.

I figured since its an electronic device why not get the 2 year protection plan so if it breaks or acts up I can exchange it whenever I need a new one..

Would 100% recommend buying for any item over $50. Well worth the price just in case something happens with whatever you buy. I buy it on most of the products I get from Best Buy just as a precaution.

The 2 year protection really saved me from buying another controller full priced. Better to have it and not need it and need and not have it.

I bought it for my Xbox controller, and those things break often with drift, if you are buying anything I recommend it even if you are not going need it often, it provides great peace of mind know that you are covered

Whenever I have a need for the geek squad it really does come in handy! I did have them installed 2 TVs a few months ago.

I always get warranty on everything I get you just never know when it will give out on you and they replace no questions asked even if it’s your fault keep that in mind I know we all have kids or siblings.

The warranty at Best Buy is the best your gonna find they don’t hesitate to exchange the product if you buy the warranty they don’t even ask what happened to it.

I like geek squad services except having to wait until the second year to get help from the store i think if a person buys a warranty on a product from best buy it should start when at first with the two years from geek squad and not the first year with the manufacturer

Well What can I say about this policy I forgot what I bought It for but if I bought it then It must be good If it is for the switch, I have yet to give you my honest opinion until the time comes.

It’s great to have the protection for my electronics just incase something happens. They have always been loyal to replacements if needed

Geek squad will always fix or replace your item when damaged.

No complains here,the modem I purchase the warranty for stoped working with an update of the company I’m using,effectively rendering useless a 250 bucks modem. The store just took it back no cuestión asked

The Geek Squad Replacement plan is 90% of the reason I shop at Best Buy. I’ve used it many times to get my money back for broken or worn out electronics.

Great thing to get especially if you don’t use the appliances as much and then when you decide to use it you don’t know if something wrong or not with it so you would just use the insurance coverage for it
