[Employee of bestbuy] this headset is amazing! good audio quality and great mic. zero distortion. the wireless adapter uses usb-c but the headset comes w a usb to usb-c dongle so you can connect it to your xbox. The headset also has Bluetooth so you can connect it to your phone and listen to music.

If you're buying something over $50, I would probably go for it if possible. Especially if you have kids or if you tend to be rough with your electronics, you can't pass it up.

Best Buy stands behind their product replacement program. I've used it before with mostly no hassle or issues. Highly recommend this option especially with products that have mechanical moving parts or products you travel with or carry with you. Also a must for high-tech non-basic appliance models and laptops that are going off to college. Consider purchasing Total Tech Support and save an additional percentage off.

Often a warranty is not worth it. Like if you buy a car it won't break in the first 1 or 2 years. And if it does break, the warranty probably won't cover the most expensive defects. On the other hand a warranty for something you carry like a cell phone, tablet, or game controller makes sense if it can be dropped. For that Geek Squad is the best. Fix/replacement or your money back.
