After my last device broke and I had to get a replacement, Geek Squad made sure I knew I could get a warranty on the replacement just in case!

The protection plan has saved us many times. IT IS WORTH IT!! We hesitated getting our 12-year-old a laptop, but after the ease of getting one replaced, we can get any electronic as long as we have this protection plan.

It’s perfect for replacing controllers with stick drift. Just bring it in and they give you store credit to buy a new controller right then and there. All you have to do is spend $20 on 2 more years of insurance. Amazing service.

This is my first time buying an item at Best Buy while buying the Geek Squad protection with it and I must say they are amazing at what they do and are able to give you a refund or they can replace your item if something goes wrong. They are a great investment if you are a clumsy person (like me). So whenever you get something from Best Buy I would definitely advise you to purchase the Geek Squad protection plan with it!

I bought several things during Black Friday, two fridges and a ninja Combi airfryer and 2 PS4 controllers. I got protection plans for all of them. It is a comfort to know if they break down that my money isn't wasted. Also all my PS4 controllers have ended up with a sideways drift, I am looking forward to being able to take it somewhere for them to fix it when it happens again.

Best Buy has the best extended warranties available. Though as it varies in price per item, some items it seems to cost a little too much when adding the extended warranty. I bought it for my PS5 controller. I think it's great insurance for controllers as they are statisticlly bound to fail. They basically give you a second controller (Gift Card) for only $19.99. Of course you have to give back the initial, broken purchase. I get the extended warranty for all my electronic purchases. I always try to get the accidental coverage. Most times, I use the coverage more than it costs in the long run. I'm also a big believer in insurance.

Nothing beats having warranty on your controller especially when it's such an easy progress with geek squad. Came in expecting to have difficulties like other stores usually do but the whole process was nice and easy to do and left me felling happy with trusting Best Buy's Geek Squad.

It’s a MUST HAVE if you don’t have geek squad protection on your devices then you know what they say, buy it nice or buy it twice, just one purchase of the squad protection and you will never have to buy it twice again.

I cannot stress this enough! Buy this protection, it’s beyond worth it. My son’s dog chewed through the cable of my Logitech shifter due to lack of supervision (son’s fault). Brought the old one in and swapped it in seconds. Also, bought the plan again, you know, just in case of lack of supervision. *wink*

This warranty is great for my PS5 controller because it always breaks somehow whether it’s drift or the trigger messes up but I always need to replace it within two years, so I always make sure to buy it for the controller. It’s very easy to use. I just take the controller to Best Buy and they let me pick out a new one.
