Love the insurance it never a hassle great customer service. I always like to purchase my insurance with Best Buy for all of my electronics.

This is a very good value, especially since Playstation was having an issue with drift on the original PS5 controllers. Mine went in for repair after only 4 months. This allows replacement at store immediately for any reason for 2 Years.

No matter what I buy I like it to be covered. It’s simple to just make a claim and get a new item or a gift card in case of any damage and don’t even need a receipt

I dont normally purchase the additional warranty however with the product we purchased (switch remote) this will get a lot of use and I love the idea behind if anything goes wrong I can bring it in.

I knew my Elite series 2 Xbox controller would malfunction within 2 years given Microsoft's track record. I went to replace or repair the controller but it was discontinued already. Geek squad refunded the controller no hassle no problem

This controller is worth the buy also is pretty cool When it glows in the dark

I have owned 3 sets of these over the years and biggest issue is the weak plastic around the earpiece area; breaks after a lot of use, set down too hard or drops less than a foot on carpet. Warranty is worth it. Sound is superior.!

Geek squad is good in what they do . They replace my item with a new one

This replacement protection plan is worth it! As soon as my joy cons start experiencing drift, I just go in and replace them.

Can't beat the insurance for a product. I always buy the insurance from bestbuy. The are no questions asked when I need to return/replace or fix a product

This controller is amazing. The color of it is really pretty. Havent had any problems with stick drift or bottons not working. 10/10

I always get the protection plans because something will always go wrong along the way. I like having the ease of mind knowing my valuable electronics are protected
