    Loving the DualSense Edge

    This controller feels amazing to use. The back buttons and trigger stops make a big difference, especially in fast paced games. I like being able to set up different profiles and switch depending on the game which makes it super convenient. The build quality feels solid and premium. The only downside is the battery dies quick, but the charging cable is long enough so it has not been a big issue. Overall it is expensive but you can tell Sony put a lot of thought into it.

    These agents are real and are willing to help and accommodate your needs. I know when I bought my membership I took my computer straight to Geek Squad. They rectified the situation with my laptop. They also installed 24/7 technical assistance! Anyone, who knows taken a laptop to geek squad should know the prices. Total Plus Membership gives you free assistance 24/7. Thanks Geek Squad!..

    Warranty is the best. It was recommended to me by my father after i started playing competitively and wearing my controllers out fast

    [Employee of bestbuy] I buy the Geek Squad Protection on literally every item that offers it. Using the warranty is always a seemless process and I much prefer working with people at Best Buy in person than attempting to contact any sort of brand over the phone/email and praying for a response.

    Worth it. I think the price is based on how much the item costs but $50 to guarantee a new item within two years is worth. In two years if there’s anything even slightly wrong just take it in and you’ll likely walk out with a brand new version of your item.

    Use it... Love it... Have to get it everytime. Literally, cannot overstate this enough to anyone who will listen. Yes, the manufacturer's warranty is nice and everything. But generally speaking, they cover little to nothing. Also, good luck with the hassle of communicating and shipping the item with any kind of efficiency. By the time you finally get back your "warrantied" item, you've already found a replacement or bought newer tech. Now, if you are anything like me and you want customer service. Go with the Geek Squad Protection Plan. Please take 3 to 5 minutes and hear me out in this review. You walk in with your item. Some stores slap a sticker on the item as you walk in... Some just politely point you in the direction of their customer service section of the store. You wait in line for at the most 10 to 15 minutes as they push through there customers with the utmost care and efficiency. Seriously, I am a customer service stickler and they consistently hit the mark for me or impress in that department time and time again. You then proceed to bring your item to a generally very polite... very knowledgeable... BestBuy representative. They politely ask for some basic information and what went wrong with your item... Ratatattat on the keyboard... Thank you, sir or ma'am go ahead and find a replacement OR and this is the best part. OR they give you the option to choose another brand of your liking. Do you know how many times I've bought an electronic for it to just malfunction after less than 2 months or even worse 7 months and that manufacturer's warranty only covers... You guessed it ... 6 months. I swear, these manufacturers time the longevity of their product to die precisely after the warranty is over. I wouldn't advise buying the protection plan on every single product as there are some products with a decent manufacturers warranty. But, take a second and think about buying this far better protection plan that covers EVERYTHING. Not only does it cover your product, but will replace it immediately when you return it... No questions asked. All in all, to be completely honest, the GeekSquad Protection Plan on top of the outstanding customer service is why I continue to purchase my electronic products through BestBuy and will continue to do so. I applaud both companies and thank any representative that I come across while shopping there. Thanks again and keep up the good work... You've got a lifetime customer in me.
