Easy and quick process I really liked how little hassle they give

This was a no brainer for me. My son is always breaking his controller through constant use and for the price and time frame for replacement, I know it will more than pay for itself.

I have never had a problem at Best Buy when I want to utilize the replacement plan. I am just told to get my replacement and they take care of it at the service desk.
