    Probably the worst D-pad I've ever used

    Controller does what it's suppose to in all games/apps that support it. Unfortunately the D-pad is so bad I'm going to need to mod it at some point. Extremely mushy and directional inputs are all over the place. The buttons could definitely be more clicky as well.

    I mean I guess you get what you paid for Lmfaoo I bought a used controller and it came covered in animal hair!!! I was sneezing like crazy but controller works so far

    It's an amazing quality headset, however, possibly my headset was defective in a way, as, sometimes it will randomly act as if it is not in the headphone jack and will not display sound when used.

    Poor design if you use your VR regularly

    Thia is not a charging station (i did not read description close enough). My mistake aside the design leaves much to be wanted. The VR controllers dock with the charging port face down so they need to be set somewhere else to charge which needs to happen almost every use. In our house that means they never sit on the docking station. The cord hook on the backside of the dock is difficult to use while also trying to dock the headset. Headset has to be in the smallest head setting to sit correctly on the docking station. Poor design all around.

    Great controller....BUT the A,X,Y,B buttons are to flush with the body. cant really get a feel for hand placement. also much to easy to accidently press with no tactile feel they are more like mouse clicks but with your clunky thumb instead of your index finger. with all the replaceable buttons but none for the controller's biggest (IMO) issue

    This does not cover "2 years" like a normal warrenty does. The second you use it once, it goes away. I bought a product and it was defective 5 months later. Tried to exchange it. Best Buy said I had to go online and buy another one, then bring it in to exchange it because I visited 3 stores and NONE of them had a replacement. This took another 2 MONTHS! Then they said the coverage was up. I had the coverage for 9 months. I've purchased several additional warrenties with other companies and it's Always been a time based contract, not a one and done. I won't waste my money again with Best Buy. Very disappointed.

    I am now on my third HOTAS joystick and ALL of them have had the exact same issue. Within 6-12 months, they start drifting in the Z axis, and on the joystick itself. In Flight Sim, for example, this makes it impossible to use your rudders, and the plane constantly rolls to the right. I have exchanged the unit several times, and the exact same problems have happened every single time. For their part, Thrustmaster support has been good and have promptly replaced them, but it's clear to me now that this is not a well made product and will only continue to break. Unless you have delicate bird hands, I would stay away from this product...spend a little bit more and get something better or you are going to end up with a paperweight in 6 months.

    Poor customer service, Astro will not sell parts.

    Great headphones and sound quality, but horrible customer service policies.... Recently the bridge on the headphones was broken by someone else. Initially, I thought 'hey no big deal, cheap part, I will replace it..." I contacted Astro to BUY a replacement part and was notified by their customer service that they do not offer any replacement parts for sale. They recommended that I replace the headphones with a new set. So....Astro expects me to pay several hundred dollars to replace a functional headset when the part that needs repair is at most $10.... When I questioned this, the service rep explained that is their policy and service model. Essentially what it is is a model to ensure the highest profit for their company without regard for the consumer.

    The Elite controller used to come ready to assemble. Now even controllers have DLCs, apparently. Sad.

    Don't Trust Best Buy!!

    I ordered a MS Joystick, and it said I was getting a $10. Reward. I did not get it, called BB 2times, and was told they would send it. They LIED!!!!!!!!!!!! I never got it, I called one more time, and was told They were not going to give it to me.

    Wish I could give it zero stars. Stopped working 4 months after buying it and this is the second one from Logitech that has done this. Also their support is nonexistent and if they do get back to you their big fix is to unplug it and then plug it back in. These wheels are not worth your time or money.

    don't waste your money on this controller charger. there's better options out there that doesn't have a power brick on the cord. really Sony? these days you can't come up with something more efficient?

    Honest Review (stick drift in 3 days)

    Just don’t. Go watch vCuda on YouTube for honest product reviews. 3 days and sticks are already drifting. They will never fix this. This controller will breakdown if your a sweat like me will not last a year. This controller does not care about the consumer. That’s it’s everything else is so nice paddles and triggers awesome but if you can’t aim properly what’s the point. I can’t with my honesty recommend this controller.

    Incompetent geeks

    Failed to honor the purchase and had no clue how to handle their own in store service. Incompetent geek squad team members failed at every aspect of their job and wondered why I was upset. I payed for a service agreement and they failed to honor it get a clue geek squad.

    In about a month of using the rb button stopped working with no damage to the controller, type rb button not working on google and it will finish your sentence for you saying that the elite series too does infact break on its own, cant even return it now, press the button 10 times only will work 1 out of the 10, Great job Microsoft for taking ppls money!

    geek squad protection and can't be replaced!

    Bought this June 2020. Here I am now needing to get it replaced again for really bad stick drift and an almost dead left bumper and they are sold out. So I have geek squad protection for something that I can't get replaced. Sucks I know right. A $200 UNUSABLE controller.
