Can really be worth the value is anything goes wrong. We have had several products that we were so glad that we had bought this warranty for. And the ease of exchange/refund if needed can’t be beat.

Supposedly they replace your stuff if it breaks. Haven't had stuff break yet.

This is a very good value, especially since Playstation was having an issue with drift on the original PS5 controllers. Mine went in for repair after only 4 months. This allows replacement at store immediately for any reason for 2 Years.

Came in handy when my remote first broke and my tv, helps just in case something breaks and you need help with it being fixed

We will see how it goes for me. You buy these things hoping not to use it but nice to know it is there. I bought it because it gave an extra year of warranty over the manufactures. Personally I believe when you purchase warranties they should be after the manufacturer’s Warranty period ends. Meaning if they give you a one year plan and you buy a 2 year extended plan then coverage should be for three years. That way it would be a better deal for the cost

I knew my Elite series 2 Xbox controller would malfunction within 2 years given Microsoft's track record. I went to replace or repair the controller but it was discontinued already. Geek squad refunded the controller no hassle no problem

I’m glad I bought the warranty because it did come in handy when I dropped it a few times. It’s worth getting it incase it breaks or stops working.

Service that’s needed for any device in my opinion. Saves you from headaches since you could get quick help from geek squad locations near you

Would not purchase something electronic without have a Geek Squad protection plan. Most electronics break and with Geek Squad protection, I know I can get a new one or the electronic device repaired.

Everytime I had a question or concern it was answered. It's nice to be able to just go into the store and get my items exchanged or repaired.

It is simply the best protection plan i've ever had. When I had any issues. I could always count on Geek Squad to fix it.

The Geek squad customer service was great. They helped me with my issue and also scheduled an appointment that fit my availability.

Its great to have a plan never know when something will happen but when it does as long as your (covered) = geek squad protection plan its a breeze getting back in action
