Although my computer has manufacture defects for its specific model, they'll still have you send it in for a good 5 weeks-ish. This sucks if youre a student. They also dont provide a loan device. Their coverage is amazing, but execution is sucky in some scenarios.

I watched a ton of reviews on these vs. the Jaybird Vistas. Everything I came across resulted very comparable quality. I loved the hear through option. In the end though, I actually returned them. They don't stay in my ears really well when running. I tried all three of the ear molds but the same result. Every time I started an interval sprint they begin to fall out. It got pretty annoying. When you pay so much, I would hope for a more stable design. They are workout ear buds so I figure its high priority to stay in your ear while working out. I went with the Jaybird Vistas. One week in and they Jaybirds have yet to fall out. Same quality and sound but without the hear through option. But more importantly.... they stay in my ear.

Highly recommend. Pays for itself if anything happens to your device. Professional and friendly when working on your devices.

The geek squad is the Way to go! I hate sickness stuff up myself and they made it very easy to understand when they were completed

I've never had a problem with any warranty I've had with Best Buy. They have always made it so easy to resolve any issues I ever had.
