    The ear buds are great for sound and quality, for me they are too big for my ears. Meaning when I take them out I still feel like they are in my ears for hours. I am not sure I can get use to them.

    The headphones themselves are great. Sound quality and noise isolation are, in my view, second to none within the price range. Unfortunately, Bluetooth connection and the app are areas on much needed improvement. The app that is supposed to work with the headphone will never allow me to connect to the headphones and I have to go to my phone settings to connect. Phone calls are odd as well. Whenever I answer a call the headphones disconnect and I have to manually select the headphones but that may be an iPhone issue on my end. I have the same issue when switching between my phone and tv for Bluetooth audio. If you are lucky enough to get the connection stable, they’re good.

    May be better than Bose 700s in many aspects but not in the phone call audio quality area, Mics still lack some crisp

    good sound quality but not connection with ubuntu

    This earphone has really good sound quality but has many connectivity issues with an ubuntu laptop. The youtube videos are interrupted on the laptops because of some connection problem. Also, the it just got unpaired automatically from my phone once and was not discoverable on it. Absolutely no complains about the sound. It is really good.

    Do not buy these. Like other reviews, I too, experienced the left earbud going out (dead) after 2 and a half years. Three years later, same issue with my wifes pair of bose QC earbuds, only the right earbud of both hers and mine work, but, not the left side. Three years later, and nearly $700 (for both pairs), give or take a little. The BOSE QC earbuds are nothing but garbage, or take them to an outdoor shooting range and take your chance with a 45 Colt and see how well you can hit them. The sound quality was great when they were working without issues so for that, I only rate a 1 star. I will never buy from BOSE again, as Bowers and Wilkins sound quality is by far, more superior, in all areas. I would have rated this product with no "0" star rating, but in fairness, they were nice, when they worked, but not the best. I was a big BOSE fan, but not anymore. I compaired sound quality from speakers at a Best Buy store and Bowers and Wilkins are now my go to brand for audio devices. You get what you pay for.

    Hello! I've owned/own MANY google products (Nexus phones, Pixel phones, wifi, chromebooks, Google Fi, etc. etc.), and until these headphones you could argue that I was a google fanboy; NOT ANYMORE! My initial impressions were good- They are quality made, they fit pretty good, and the pairing process was great. But that's where my praise ends. Immediately upon using them there were connection issues; the buds would cut out every few seconds unless I held the phone close to my head (not super convenient). I tried re-pairing them, I updated firmware, nothing helped. Then I tried using them for phone calls, and oh boy did they just get worse! For my first couple attempts the left & right earbuds were out of sink, like a lot, which made using them impossible. Then all of a sudden the phone calls were in synch, but too quiet to be useful. I reached out to customer service & never got a response, so I returned them. The whole ordeal was so disheartening that I'm considering leaving the Google ecosystem entirely. I really do hope Google figures this out, but I can't belive that they'd ship such a terrible product.

    Defective Product!

    One star due to sound defect. Received a defective product “brand new” out of the box. Only transmits a fuzzy noise - radio, Bluetooth, and microphone do nothing. Followed all the directions with no success. Very disappointing as I was really looking forward to using this speaker system. Will return to the store - if the replacement works then I’ll be able to bump this review up to a better score.
