my daughters laptops mic went out she just got less then a year ago. They would not replace it but wanted her to give it to them for 4 weeks, She can't not turn it in to get fixed yet for she needs it for school.

Nice Bass and fully covers the ears but the Jack begins to get a shortage.

Decent for the price but BUY the warranty!!! Mine as well as my sons kept disconnecting and will not connect for calls only audio.

It should be prorated not have to purchase the entire plan over again after two weeks if you only use a year you should only have to pay for a year

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay extra money when I exchange my headphones and the insurance due dat was due in 2 more years

Purchased the extended replacement warranty. Haven't used it yet, so have no opinion on how easy it will be to use if equipment gets damaged

The squad is something to be desired. They'll push their yearly service for way too much money. The quality of service is questionable.

Everything was connected, but the TV itself appears to be not leveled in spite of the fact that the installers said it was.

I think generally it is a good idea to get the protection plans just I case anything were to happen to your device.

Best Buy 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Replacement plan is good if you have a lot of TECH issues. Depending on the store, the lines are fairly long. Pre-schedule appointments are as well. Occasionally, you get a really good customer-centered Geek. What I do not like about the Total Tech Support plan: money is withdrawn from your account automatically before your plan expires.

haven't had to use geek squad and hopefully won't..nice option but way to overpriced

protection was good to have because of product that I use alot

Havent had to use yet but hopefully they do me right. From other reviews they say they're good.

This is the second pair i bought and in only a few months the right earbud completely stopped working. They only get taken out of the case to wear and aren't thrown around so, very annoyed. I like the ambient sound settings and when i was anke to use them as they updated the programing and changed what was being picked up

havent gotten to use it yet but i may be returning a product and will see how good it is
