I haven't used the warranty for this item but I've used the plans for other devices and it's a pretty easy process.

I bought a different kerig earlier and it stop working so I bought the warranty incase this one broke down.

They are usually pretty helpful definitely recommend getting geek squad.

air fryer actually did work as stated. Never had no problems. I would recommend this type to anyone.

Always advisable to protect your purchades. Maybe see as a waste but the alternative in the worst case is pricier

Geek Squad protection is one of the best protection plans you can have ,I’ll rather and not needed than to need it and not have it.

Accident do happen, and it's worth having: insure products work or not. Just better than not having. Value resonates altogether.

Insurance is always a must for expensive items. Had to use it in the past.

I returned the item because the lid wouldn’t close any more. Every time you return a broken appliance, it uses up your Geek Squad investment and you have to purchase it again. I didn’t purchase Geek Squad this time because I fear the item will probably be broken or defective a few times. I’ll just rely on the warranty from now on.
