I've never went wrong with the geek squad protection plans there the best

So if your going to do the protection plan on your phone by the month, its better to do this and pay up front for 2 years. It is cheaper . My complaint is that it does not cover lost or stolen phones. I asked for a plan that did becuse it was advertised right there at best buy at the desk where i was purchasing the phone and the protection plan, but the sales associate incorrectly told me that it wad not an option. Later I found out it was an option so I contacted Best buy but they wouldn't add that option after the fact. So be sure you get what you ask for while you are there!

For mobile phones this is a must have. Carrier protection cannot compare.

This would be 5 stars if it lasted longer than 2 years. The plan is great, a lower deductible than assurion, but assurion is monthly and will last as long as you pay the monthly fee.
