Scam plan....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this accidental damage.protection plan for my note 9 and I dropped which caused a problem with the bixby button which unable to be disabled in anyway. It also cracked the back glass as well. Now the phone barely works as it brings bixby up nonstop instead of anything you try to do. Been through every help channel to disable the button which is not possible according to samsnung. Went to the store I bought the plan and they were 0 help. Handed me a brochure for appliance protection plans and told me to call an 800 number which keeps directing me back to store. At this point I need to cancel this plan and to try to recoup whatever prorated refund I can and just wish I would have kept my insurance through Sprint. Lesson learned, tons of time wasted...
